#asktheexpert For 20months old baby, in cow milk what is best to add ? sugar / jaggerypowdwr/ boost/ complan ? Please suggest.

You can add anything of your choice there is no problem but just don’t add any additional sugar in form of jaggery or anything because any of these powders that you use usually has good amount of sugar itself in it which is why no extra sugar would be advisable
