My baby is 6 month old and now I have started cow milk. Can i add sugar in it?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom would. Not recommend the use of sugar especially white refined sugar . So you may try it with honey or jaggery . Dates as well . But try milk in small quantities first as to check how well the baby is accepting as normally cows milk is recommended from the age of 1 year
