A. it is always advisable to take well balanced diet proteins minerals vitamins which are present abundantly in green leafy vegetables seasonal fruits at the same time it must be healthy also take adequate water

A. helllo you should have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and you should have a lots of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and avoid gassy causing food on the diet
