AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Lips cracking and bleeding is due to dehydration. Keep ur baby hydrated by giving adequate water and other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, nimboo pani etc. Apply desi ghee or coconut oil or mamaearth lip balm on the lips to heal the cracked lips
