my daughter always biting the lower lips.... what measures need to take to avoid it

when lips and nail cuticles get dry.. kids start licking them..
apply desi ghee twice or thrice a day..
offer lukewarm water every hour..
massage olive oil over baby's nails

It's common ..
It could be that her lips are dried in winter s
You may apply ghee over it.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
