Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.
grains and millets - 3 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of process packaged food

give normal home made food.
3 big meals and at least one mid meal in a day are enough.
avoid giving oily snacks and sugary drinks.
include lots of green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads into the diet.
