#AskTheExpert Eshal is not eating anything. very much worried .eat little only when ryhme play on TV or phone what to do don't want to make her eat while eating. plz suggest something

don't worry and don't force feed let the baby be little hungry before meals and then give one pot meals
make it a family eating time
you can say stories or rhyme while she is eating
have patience

first thing ,stop allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
try to set consistent mealtimes for your child
make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
or try to give food whenever your child is hungry
