Q.

#AskTheExpert due to the placenta being lower line , i was recommended total bed rest in my sixth month . now its at anterior position. so can i start simple walking excercise now for the normal delivery ?

A. yes if all your conditions are normal and baby growth is going well and if Placenta has shifted a b you can have normal movements and daily activities but have regular follow up with your doctor to know about the status well
