ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. size of cyst. try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better. please get a good gyne check up that will help you find the cause. may need ultrasound and that will tell exactly what's wrong in this situation.
