A. Hello Keep eating small amounts every 2 hours. avoid packed foods like corn flakes, maggi, biscuits. Try to Eat natural foods like fruits, dal rice, khichadi, boiled egg, dry fruits, vegetable soup , chicken soup drink lot of water

A. hello dear tell the time you do not have any particular health issue you are supposed to take all the healthy and nutritional homemade food there is no restriction at all in spite of some particular food like papaya or pineapple you need to avoid all the processed junk food
