To Introduce something to the child you should start with lentil water and that should be moong lentils apart from that you can go for Rice water slowly gradually you can shift to porridge khichadi fruits vegetable purees vegetable soups and all the other healthy options like Suji Kheer key nova ragi oats these all you can give and really really good amount of water is definitely recommended
