Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Ideally babies lose weight after birth which is the water weight. after a week or 10 days they start gaining weight around 400-500 gm a month Now it depends on the birth weight of your baby to see if current weight is fine
