Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give kufril LS drops to the baby Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
