RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Maxtra 10 drops you can give because it is a basic antiallergic that you can give to the child but since your child is too small I would recommend you to kindly consult your doctor 1st and then go for medicine suggested by your doctor
