Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the chiuild so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the spfeech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

If your child is Understanding every thing as per the age but only not speaking well enough as of now then I would advise you to ones get a check with your paediatrician and if they suggest you to wait then you wait otherwise you take an advice from a speech therapist at theWrite Your Answer Here
