Hello dr my son is 3 yr 9 months old but can't speak properly.From last 3 months he I sable to speak most of words but not sentences yet. Is their any issue of concern about late speaking?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. in this query its difficult to 3ucomment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case sso it will be better if you consult your nearest ddoctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed afterh knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
