#asktheexpert can you please help how to weight loss post normal delivery and remove stretch mark. Also, how can I know from my stomach all dirty blood are out in periods time.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil. Good luck and take care.
