#AskTheExpert Can we introduce eggs and ghee in 6 months baby's foods.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. can give few drops of gher after 6 month. you can try egg yolks at around 9 months. And egg whites are one of the big allergy-triggering food, do good to give after 12 mth

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Not now. After one year you can introduce non veg and one whole egg including white and yellow. After one year digestion will be good and and early non veg foods will lead to stomach issues and upsets and unwanted vomiting and more.
