#AskTheExpert can we give potato to toddler in summer..I'm asking because some say potato should avoid in summer season it produce heat

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi ofcourse you can give but also give other variety of vegetables and also include fresh fruits in diet give home cooked meals and avoid packaged foods
