ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give gripe water or balghuti to your baby. They are unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should avoid them completely.
