No Meet before the age of 2 1/2 years because it is very heavy for a child to digest before that so I’m just going to advise you to go ahead with fish and chicken and egg yellow as of now because that’s the right thing that you can give to the child as of now but me it is very difficult to chew and digest so it’s important that you introduce it after the correct age of 2 1/2 years not now
