ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, yes, a 11 months old baby can eat eggs and non veg foods like fish and meat. give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. always give well cooked egg.

But only the yellow part can be given as of now and chicken and fish can also be given and the white part can be introduced after the age of 13 months and years after the age of 10 to 11 months, you can give every thing to their child, even in the vegetarian diet. All kind of healthy foods can be given.
