ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist10 months agoA. hello ma'am how much time since u have delivered...if it is a recent delivery then do not wear till your stitches heal properly...it can put load on the lower abdomen if it is a recent delivery.

Yes you can but it is not it is not a trimming belt it is just going to keep your stomach in place that it does not hang out more which usually happens after the delivery it becomes more saggy and fall out so that is what it is going to help in controlling
