A. yes you can certainly use hair oil for babies. you have not mentioned the exact age of the babies. do it's a bit difficult to tell exactly what oil to use. but however you must always use coconut oil as that is the safest and best for all babies at all stages. other oils may or may not suit all babies. please avoid all kinds of powders for the babies. not at all recommended.
