#AskTheExpert can i introduce solids to my 5.5 months old baby? She wants to eat when we eat infront of her. Also she doesn't feel full after having breast milk.

please give easily digestible Food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana poridge etc
