A. Use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. This helps to increase breast milk production. Check #Babyhug Manual Breast Pump With 2 Suction Modes : It has one year warranty. It has a compact design and hence it is easy to carry. You can operate it with one hand. It is easy to assemble and clean. It's adjustable pumping imitates baby's sucking pattern. It is very economical. Eat oats and sabudana. Include cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and garlic in your diet. Take ample amount of rest. Drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Do not take stress. Massaging breasts before feeding helps. Breast compressions also help.
