Hello ma’am If your doctor has prescribed antibiotics to you knowing the fact that you are a breastfeeding mother then you can continue with it otherwise don’t take any kind of antibiotic without consulting your doctor because it can have an effect also on your child so you are breastfeeding so it’s always advisable to discuss it with the doctor before you go ahead with it
