NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help and also have fruits and vegetable well in the diet and if the BM is not sufficient you can also give your child infant formula milk stage one using a BBA free bottle like babyhug an alternative to BM
