#AskTheExpert breast milk does not coming properly. baby sucking but not satisfied with the milk. how can I increase breast milk production?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom The more baby sucks the more milk production will be there. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
