Only If you are not having any side-effect like body pain or fever or vomiting diarrhoea anything if you like perfectly physically fit then you go ahead with breastfeeding your child but even if you have one percent of an issue after getting the Covid vaccination then avoid breastfeeding your child because your child will also suffer with side-effects along with you
