#asktheexpert Being a C Section Mom its very hard to lose that pregnancy pooch and I m trying my best to lose it but seeing no results .. Will you keep me which exercise to do and can I do weight lifting?

A. tummy fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. have active lifestyle and after consultation with doctor exercise at least 45-60 minutes daily. , Brisk walking is the safest, abdominal strengthening exercise like pelvic tilts, crunches help to tone muscles. you can start weight lifting gradually.

A. plz do some simple yoga.. Maintain a proper diet..you will loose ur extra weight soon.. Don't get stressed
