Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children5 years agoA. after delivery you may have back pain or lower back pain to support you can use a supportable belt.. take care of yourself.. no long standing, care ful with stairs, no heavy weight lifting.. take calcium supplements.. take care of diet.. start with yoga..
