Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old girl2 years agoA. hi yes in winter cold air holds less moisture and in dry weather,skin can get dryness and Rashes. so to prevent and cure this, please do the following things: avoid using soap while bathing your child instead of it,use Babyhug body Wash which is Rich with milk protine but please limit your child bath time up to 10 minutes give massage regularly which definitely help to prevent it
