A. dear mum, for your 3+ years old child, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 3 servings pulses legumes 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp eggs and non veg food. add nuts like almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to baby's diet. control intake of processed packaged foods.
