RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Maxtra and wikoryl AF drops can be given to the child the first one is for cough second is for cold you can give it three times in the day with the gap of eight hours and you can use it for a minimum of three days to maximum of five days and if needed please visit your Dr
