#AskTheExpert at the time of eating food in between my child have a bub which we called khatta dakaar..he put his fingures in his ears and and at that time he was not feeling well and put his hands on chest also..what should i do at that time?

Give some light food and
Liquid diet
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
