#AskTheExpert Assalamu Alaykum WRB Alhamdulillah, I had been blessed with 2 children with in a span of 13 months both delivered with C section. I feel pain in back bone, till neck. please suggest some remedies as exercise. And also what contraceptive is best as Islam following women. jazakallah

Take hot water bath with adding salt daily.
continue taking calcium supplements.
it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
