#AskTheExpert As some case of covid in adult are symptomless until lung involvement, Newborn can also be symptomless if affected until lung involvement??

A. it is very less likely that the child will have complications without any signs and symptoms. usually there will be either fever cough and cold vomiting and some other problems. also sometimes they may not have any symptoms but may be positive but yes complications will not be present

A. Hello dear parent! Though there are very less cases indicating it but yes, there are chances. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Try giving indirect steam inhalation regularly twice a day. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
