Because of the hormonal changes post delivery thtere may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You shoulgd not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
