If you’re willing to increase your milk supply then you can go ahead with taking Shatavari powder three times in the day apart from that also it’s a very good age for you to introduce animal milk to the child so you can also introduce buffaloes milk to the child at least in two feeding in a day if you need to rest you can go for breastfeeding
