Q.

#AskTheExpert hi.. iam a mother of 13 month old son.. and these days I have a little less supply of milk.. what can I do to have more milk supply.. I plan to breastfeed him till 2 years of age.. I give him other food as well..

A. dear that is a good decision to continue breastfeeding till 2 years do not worry keep Breastfeeding on demand nap time and night feeds that will keep up the milk supply give top food 5 times a day

Hello ma’am You can start having lactation capsules and good amount of water about 5 to 6 L on an every day apart from that you can consult your doctor if you can advise you any other way to increase your lactation otherwise the last option is you can try expressing also because the more you express the body makes more feed
