Can lactase tablet is really helpful to increase milk supply as I am a mother of 1 month old baby

you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food xfrom cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ).
you have to takex all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.
