Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydratiohgn is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it counld be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Hi You are not recommended to give anything to the child without consulting the doctor of these things are not considered good neither they are considered healthy so I would recommend that if you are not sure about it then you please don’t go ahead with it
