A. Dear mum, to reduce and control your weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid eating processed foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
