ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. It might be due to pressure on the lower abdomen and bladder area so little bit discomfort is felt in last trimester bit if you are having pain while passing irons ir throughout the day then consult your gynaecologist take good rest

Usually sometimes when the child starts to move down some women can face pain in the vaginal region and when they wake up they pass a urine but if it is constantly like that you should get it examined with your gynaecologist further she can advise you on this
