#AskTheExpert After the delivery my family is not allowing me to drink water bec baby will get waterly milk,please give some suggestion to change my family mentality

A. please have sufficient fluids / water . otherwise you will be dehydrated. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day minimum. take care.

A. hi dear If your baby is under 6 months old, they only need to drink breastmilk or infant formula. From 6 months of age, you can give your baby small amounts of water, if needed, in addition to their breastmilk or formula feeds.
