#AskTheExpert after pregnency gain my weight...now my daughter one year old ...plz suggest diet for weight loss

A. for weight losss along with proper diet, physical exercise is important. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods n drink plenty of fluids
