#asktheexpert after pregnancy my hairfall increases too much... during pregnancy my hair was so thick ..but now due to hairfall my hair become thin..how can I stop hairfall..and regrow my hair

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Regular oiling is going to help you apart from that you can start with supplements like iron and multivitamin and calcium it’s recommended. Would advise you to use any product which is chemical free and use mineral water to wash your hair and wash would advise you to consult a dermatologist for a proper medication for your regrowth of hair
