Hi.. Good Day!! I have one year old boy.. After my pregnancy, my hair fall is more than before.. Can you please suggest me so that I can have strong and thick hair volume and reduce hairfall?? Kindly help.

A. Hi dear mom Have diet rich in protein to stop hair from falling. Do not tie ur hair too tightly as this can break your hair. Apply coconut oil mixed with aloe Vera gel on the scalp to control hairfall. It will be fine. Take care
