Q.

#AskTheExpert after pregnancy i have irregular menstruation cycle and i am always suffering stomachache. What to do in this situation?

A. Hello dear Even upto one year after getting your period after giving birth there could be irregular cycles and your have to use contractions until it becomes regular. You can take hormonal pills and that might make them regular and painless

A. good morning it is completely normal have irregularity in the cycle of periods till you continue feeding the baby nothing to worry about I would recommere just focus on your health for now
